Dental Implant Case: BY Bangkok Dental Spa - Dental Bangkok Thailand

The patient had periodontal problem and need full mouth rehabilitation . The extensive treatment plan to extract all the teeth and fix with implants 8 upper and 6 lower . The final restoration is fixed bridge .Sure the cost is too expensive and long treatment . Finally after the discussion, we are able to compromise the treatment options for this case. Which he also requested for the best treatment of choice due to some limitation of the budget and time. On the other hand, he could save some pocket money and also achieved the best choice given from us.

We tried to maintain the periodontal tissue, some functionable teeth. Which he will be able to use for at least 5 years. According to he doesn't want any removable prosthesis. So the alternative treatment plan focused on chewing.

First visit, Sinus lift on the upper right and fixed 2 implants at #24,#25. 2 hours operation under local anesthesia.
Second visit, ( one week later) Sinus lift and fixed 1 implant #16,one in the upper right and #46,one in the lower. All the procedure was done under local anesthesia about 2 hours.

For sinus lift cases, we need 6 months for the bone formation.
Final restoration is going to be a single unit porcelain crown over on the implant abutment.

The procedure took about 2 weeks including the healing process but the first
day visit took 2 hours to complete the surgery on the right side and after second visit 2 hours again to complete the procedure for the left side.
